BluOrchid Aesthetics is a doctor-led aesthetic medicine clinic based in Lagos, Nigeria. We are regulated by NAFDAC and HEFAMAA. We are committed to operating with full transparency in everything we do.

About Bluorchid Aesthetics
BluOrchid Aesthetics is a doctor-led aesthetic medicine clinic operating in Lagos, Nigeria. We are registered under Nigerian law and regulated by NAFDAC and HEFAMAA. All clinical treatments are performed or supervised by licensed medical practitioners.
Use of This Website
By accessing this website, you agree to these terms. This website is intended for informational purposes and to facilitate bookings at our clinic. The content on this website does not constitute medical advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for a consultation with a qualified medical practitioner.
Booking and Appointments
All treatment bookings are subject to a prior consultation. We reserve the right to decline a treatment if our doctors determine it is not appropriate for a patient's anatomy, health status, or goals. Appointment slots are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or deposit where applicable.
Consultation Fee
The ₦20,000 consultation fee is payable prior to or at the time of your appointment. This fee is credited in full toward your first treatment at Bluorchid Aesthetics. The fee is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or fail to attend without prior communication.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment without charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. Please contact us as early as possible and we will always try to accommodate you.
Treatment Results
Aesthetic medicine outcomes vary between individuals. All results shown on this website are of actual Bluorchid patients and are representative of achievable outcomes — but they are not a guarantee of the results any individual patient will experience. Your doctor will give you an honest, personalised assessment at consultation.

How We Store It
Your information is stored securely and accessed only by members of the Bluorchid clinical and administrative team who need it to provide your care. We do not store payment card information.
Medical Records
As a medical practice, we maintain clinical records of your consultations and treatments. These records are kept in accordance with Nigerian medical practice regulations and treated with the highest level of confidentiality. Your records will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
Photography and Consent
Before and after photographs may be taken for clinical documentation purposes. These photographs will not be shared publicly — including on social media — without your explicit written consent. Where you have consented to the use of your images for marketing purposes, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
Marketing Communications
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use your contact information to send updates from The Bluorchid Edit and occasional information about our services. You may unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Treatment Policies
Eligibility for Treatment
All patients must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments at BluOrchid Aesthetics. Patients under 18 will not be treated under any circumstances.
Medical Assessment
All new patients are required to complete a consultation before any treatment is administered. This is a medical assessment — not a formality. We reserve the right to decline any treatment we determine is not in the patient's best clinical interest.
Informed Consent
Before any treatment begins, your doctor will explain the procedure, its expected outcomes, its risks, and its alternatives. You will be asked to provide written informed consent. No treatment will be administered without your explicit, informed agreement.
Contraindications
Certain medical conditions, medications, and circumstances may contraindicate specific treatments. It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical history, current medications, allergies, and previous treatments to your doctor. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect your eligibility for treatment and your safety.
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
Many of our treatments are not suitable for patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Please inform your doctor of your status at consultation. We will always recommend the safest possible course of action.
Post-Treatment Care
Your doctor will provide specific post-treatment care instructions following your procedure. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions. Failure to do so may affect your results or your recovery.
Adverse Reactions
While adverse reactions at Bluorchid are rare, they can occur. If you experience any unexpected or concerning symptoms following a treatment, contact us immediately. All adverse reactions are documented and managed in accordance with our clinical protocols.
Refunds
Treatment fees are non-refundable once a treatment has been administered, except in cases where a clinical error on our part has been established. Where a treatment has not been performed, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Product Purchase Policies
Product Orders
Products ordered through our website or via WhatsApp are subject to availability. We will confirm your order and provide payment instructions within 2–4 hours of receiving your request.
Delivery
We deliver within Lagos. Delivery timelines will be confirmed at the time of your order. Delivery fees, where applicable, will be communicated before your order is confirmed.
Returns and Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged. Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before returning any product.
Product Advice
All products sold by Bluorchid Aesthetics are recommended by our medical team. However, individual skin responses vary. If you experience an adverse reaction to any product, discontinue use immediately and contact us.
